You won t find a less-than-stellar home in Northwoods, a new development in Sylvania, just off Holland-Sylvania Road. But even among these stellar homes, one star stands out: the home recently completed by George Scarvelis Builders.

It is this attention to detail, obvious throughout the home, which makes it such a star.

To right of the foyer is the formal dining room. Gloss white molding and wainscoting set off the beautiful crystal chandelier, which hangs from a plaster medallion. To the left of the foyer, behind French doors, is a handsome study. This classic office has judges molding in a warm tan glaze, a vaulted ceiling, and a bow window. Two custom-designed wall units feature curved tops and columns, perfect for books or computer accessories.
